In July we decided to move to Brookings when my husband accepted a job here. I did an internet search that directed me to Brookings Homes.com which led me to Creative Properties Brookings.com. This is a great website which led us to Valley View Homes and our new home! We got in touch with Scott Hodges who is just AWESOME to work with. We moved into our New Hudson home on October 9th, 2009. We opted to finish our lower level which we love. We got to choose our carpet, vinyl, countertops, paint & fixtures. Everything coordinated beautifully because you have a palate of pre-selected choices. The only thing my husband got to choose was the outside paint color! We took full advantage of the buyer benefits which comes with each Valley View Home. We love our new home & look forward to MANY years in Brookings!
