  • Select your home. Meet Scott at the Valley View Model Home to select colors and options for your new home.
  • Sign a purchase agreement and Deliver Earnest Money
  • Prepare for Closing
  • Check with your lender to secure your loan
  • Arrange for homeowners’ insurance
  • Call utility companies.
  • Arrange for deliveries of furniture, appliances and mail.
  • Final Walk-thru of Property
  • Closing
  • Sign closing paperwork and warranty information.
  • Receive keys to your new home
