Notice to prospective Valley View buyers:

We have been fortunate to be able to offer homes at Valley View at the same price for nearly 2 years. 

Unfortunately, due to increases in various construction costs, it is necessary to raise prices. 

Effective August 1st, there will be price increase at Valley View.  Current prices will be honored thru July, 31st, 2010.
